CAD Draughting & Design

Draw, revise and plan parts before fabrication.

Custom CAD draughting is available for brackets, panels, tanks, guards, dashboards, custom parts, sheet-metal patterns and flat layouts. Rough ideas, sketches, measurements or photos can be turned into usable designs.

CAD and fabrication can be combined for prototype development, with DXF/DWG style files where suitable.

Design support may also be available through a design contact for:

Custom Products & Prototypes

Prototype parts from measurements, sketches, photos or CAD.

Zeppelin Fabrication is also developing practical custom parts and prototype products for 4x4s, fabrication, and workshop use.

Under-mount stainless water tank - Toyota TroopCarrier

Baffled stainless design, vehicle-specific mounting, low-profile underbody fitment, made for practical touring and 4x4 use.

Stainless top radiator pipe with sensor port

Stainless replacement top radiator pipe with bead-rolled ends and 1/8 NPT bung for water temperature sensor installation.

Some products are currently in development and may be available as small-batch or made-to-order items.
